Forever 21... Favourites!

Forever 21 is my American Primark. I can't walk past one without popping in and purchasing just a little something for a bargain price for the thrill of having something new...and there's ALWAYS something in there I want!

On Sunday, I bought this super cute t-shirt! I love it! The print is cute and it would look great worn casually with leggings - I made sure to buy a size up as I love my t-shirts to be loose and comfy - or you can even dress it up with tight jeans and heels.

The t-shirt is available in stores now for $14.80, and for people not in the US, Forever 21 are now delivering to the UK, woo! =)

Yes or No? ... McQueen's 12 inch

Well, well... Alexander McQueen never fails to surprise us when it comes to his shows at Fashion Week...

For the Spring/ Summer 2010 collection, his theme was Charles Darwin's The Origin of Species. McQueen brings us 12" heels that look more like hooves than shoes...and just looking at the pictures of the models wearing them make my feet hurt!

The designs do, however, look stunning - a work of art! But, would you be seen wearing these? Yes or No?

Cinderella Me!

Fashionable women understand the importance of accessorising their outfits to create a real impact.
Alexandra, Founder & Director of Cinderella Me

Shoes are, without a doubt, one of the most important accessory to make an outfit complete. How great would it be if you could wear a different pair of designer shoes EVERY week without breaking your bank balance? A dream come true!

Alexandra, the Founder & Director of Cinderella Me, has come up with the fantastic idea of hiring out designer shoes! All you need to do is become a member for just £9.95 a month and hire away! The weekly hire price is around £80, a tiny fraction of the actual retail price!

If you're a little worried about hygiene... then don't worry! Alexandra uses UV-C light which sanitises, sterilises and disinfects killing 99.9% of germs, viruses and bacteria!

Designer Love: Burberry S/S 2010

London Fashion Week welcomed back Burberry from Milan with open arms; and Burberry couldn’t have ended London’s Fashion Week any better.

Burberry, established in 1856, has come a long way since the days they offered England a comfortable yet waterproof fabric for riding, shooting and other country pursuits!

Burberry are most famous for the Trench Coat, which was invented in 1914 after they were asked to adapt a design for practical wear by WWI officers in the trenches. The likes of Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s made trenchcoats look unforgettably chic... Well, Audrey Hepburn could make anything look chic...even soaking wet in the rain!

Creative Director, Christopher Bailey, has created a Spring/Summer 2010 collection aimed at the young – keeping the brand modern and trendy.

The front row of the last show in London was occupied by glamourous fashionistas – Face of Burberry Emma Watson, Mary-Kate Olsen, Daisy Lowe, Victoria Beckham, Gwyneth Paltrow, Freida Pinto and Dev Patel.

The Burberry trenchcoats for S/S 2010 are so beautifully amazing: Classic Burberry gone shorter!

Here are my favourites:

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

At some point in our lives, we have all been touched by breast cancer; a family member, a friend, a friend of a friend or a story you read in a magazine that moved you. This month is Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Beauty brand, Purple Lab, have teamed up with the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation to launch a new lip gloss, SWAC: Sealed With A Cure, equipped with ingredients that boost beauty, health and confidence to give something back and to help create awareness and get funds for research. A portion of the proceeds will be going straight to the foundation.

SWAC is only $18.50 and can be ordered online at b-glowing.

If you're currently in London, to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness month in style, there will be a fashion show on 7th October at Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane.

Be there to see the models walk the catwalk for the first time celebrating life, fashion and looking good! All models will be ranging from their 20s to their 70s; each with their own unique story...and one thing in common: they've all been diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

Uniqlo... +J

Fantastic news! On Thursday 1st October, Jil Sander launched her +J collection for Uniqlo.

German designer, Jil Sander, is famous for her minimal designs which ties in well with Uniqlo's own quality and minimal basics.

The collection is huge, with 40 pieces for men, and 100 for women!

Blazers are a huge favourite with fashionistas like Alexa Chung - I love the grey, classic fit from +J. It will look great with a girly dress and the sleeves rolled up, or thrown over jeans and a tshirt for a more grungy, casual look.

With the weather being so unpredictable right now, and our Summer in England arriving a bit later than we'd planned, the classic cardigan is great to throw over your outfit in the evening after the warm weather from the day gets cooler.

Winter, however, is not far away now as we've entered the lovely season that is Autumn... and the trench coat is always one for sticking around every year! An investment I say!

+J is available right now! Click here to go straight to the online store to start choosing your Winter essentials!

Celeb Trend: Chunky watches!

Celebs seem to be loving a chunky watch on their delicate, feminine wrists!

Luckily for us, Christopher Ward brings us exclusive, lavish and chic watches at affordable prices! A couple of my faves are below. I love the chunkiness and the masculinity of the watches, which would look fantastic combined with a really girly and feminine outfit!

These are available to buy online now, and there are loads of other fantastic watches to choose from!

H&M and... Sonia Rykiel

Fantastic news for fashionistas all over the world; Sonia Rykiel has become the latest designer to collaborate with high street store H&M!

The Parisian design house have joined the likes of Matthew Williamson, Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartneyViktor & Rolf and Jimmy Choo to create not one, but two lines for H&M- Winter '09 and Spring 2010. Not only will the lines contain Rykiels' signature knits, but they will also be extended to lingerie and accessories for the first time!

Get your diaries out and clearly mark December 5th - when the first collection will go in store!

Designer Love: Luella - S/S 2010

Luella's Spring/ Summer 2010 collection seems to have suddenly grown up. For the past few years, British designer Luella Bartley's collection has always been very diverse, girly with an edge; multicoloured, buckled, floral... Now she's focused on beautiful silouhettes, cute dresses accenturating your hips...and now my must have piece has become an oversized bow!

As a huge fan of cute, little dresses, I am glad Luella has kept all the shapes cut short and made sure you can emphasize your girly figure and show off your waist! Although her collection seems more proper and lady-like than past collections, she's still kept her usual cool edge by keeping the fabulous colours and adding beautiful shapes, polka dots and distinctive hair pieces!

Paul Smith for Evian

British Designer, Paul Smith, launched his design of the Evian bottle on Monday 21st September.

It was a star studded event with guests including Franz Ferdinand, The Kooks, Paloma Faith, Lady Victoria Hervey and D&G model David Gandy.

The bottle is designed for the festive season (not long until Christmas...), but Paul Smiths' design is miles off from the theme, instead opting for a cool, chic look with his trademark stripes!

The bottle is made from recycled glass and organic ink and is available to buy from Selfridges and Harvey Nichols from October.
